John Ball first opened his Chandler real estate office within the United network in 1969 and enjoyed many years of being a top ranked office (based on sales volume) within the fast-growing United franchise. He hired auctioneer and sales associate Mike Bendele in 1978, and they enjoyed many more years of incredible growth and success. John eventually sold the real estate portion of the business to Mike in 1984, so he could focus exclusively on auctions, leaving traditional listings and real estate sales to Mike and his team. John maintains his associate broker license with United Country Mike Bendele Co.
At the end of 2010, when the sales were totaled for every United office in the country, the Mike Bendele Co. was the #4 office in terms of sales volume. We also found that our office had the best listing sale ratio in the nation for the year. In fact, compared to the national average, properties listed with the Mike Bendele Co. were over twice as likely to sell.
